How can I check the status of my order?

Can I cancel my order?

Once you have paid the order fees, in-stock items are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. Shipping within Germany is via DHL and takes about 2-3 working days. During the Christmas season (November-December), shipping may be via DPD, which takes 3-5 working days.For deliveries to other European countries we use GLS or UPS, with a delivery time of about 3-7 working days.
