Material and design - The helmet is made of impact-resistant plastic (polyamide) and has a durable shell. The innovative design ensures a robust construction that is suitable for all types of welding, including MIG, MAG, TIG and oxyacetylene. However, it is not suitable for laser welding.
Additional Lenses - 5 additional lenses are included as spare parts. These allow you to change the lenses of the helmet when necessary to keep the view clear and protected.
Visibility of welds - The helmet is designed to make soldering and welding points clearly visible. This is crucial to ensure high quality welding and best results.
Protection from harmful radiation - The helmet has a dual filter that blocks harmful ultraviolet (UV) and infrared (IR) radiation that can be generated by the arc during welding. This protects the eyes from damage caused by the intense welding light.
Power supply - The power supply is provided by an integrated solar cell and an easily replaceable Li battery. The helmet is equipped with a low battery indicator function to inform you of the charge level in time.
Settings - The helmet offers a light dimming according to DIN 4 when not in use and an adjustable strong dimming from DIN 9 to 13 when welding. The switching reaction time is continuously adjustable between 0.1 and 0.8 seconds. The weight of the helmet is about 500 grams, which makes it light and comfortable for longer use.
