Dropship Policy

1. Dropshippers must be logged in when ordering to receive discounts.

2. Dropshippers are excluded from B2C promotions.

3. You can use our product images from the website, but not the images posted by influencers on social platforms or customer reviews on our website.

4. Make sure your selling price is not lower than our price listed on the website.

5. Please do not use our brand keywords such as Yorbay and Seelux on Google or Social Ads.

6. Products with our Yorbay and Seelux brands may only be sold on your own website and on a few third-party platforms where we are not represented. Sales on our already active platforms such as Amazon, eBay, CD, Kaufland, Otto and Real are not permitted.

7. Yorbay reserves the right to block your account if unusual activity is detected.

Are the products shipped directly to my customers?

Please fill in the customer's address when ordering. We will ship to them directly. The price tag and invoices are not included in the package.

Do you have a minimum price policy (MAP policy)?

Yes. The minimum advertising price is the price on the Yorbay website.

Where are the products shipped from?

The products are shipped from our warehouse in Germany.

What standards do Yorbay products meet?

All Yorbay products comply with EU quality standards.

Can I get product information for bulk lists quickly and easily?

After you become our dropshipper, we will send you a product list with information like product name, suggested retail price, pictures, descriptions, etc. You can use it for bulk listing.

Can I use the product images on the Yorbay website?

Yes, you can use our product images. However, you cannot use the images uploaded by our influencers on social media platforms or our customers' product review images.

What payment methods are available?

You can choose from the payment methods offered on our website: PayPal, Shoppay, bank transfer, etc. For long-term and outstanding customers, we also offer the option of regular payments.
